SureStart Plus could help you. It's a new initiative, which has been set up in some parts of the country - including the Tees area - to help young people. In the Tees area there are SURESTART PLUS ADVISERS or TEENAGE PREGNANCY ADVISERS who can offer free, confidential and non-judgemental advice and support to help young people make decisions about their future. The SureStart Plus Advisers and Teenage Pregnancy Advisers can also offer information about the services available - including advice on healthcare, education, benefits, housing and childcare - and can help you access the support you need.
SureStart Plus services include:
- Help with difficult decisions
- Free, confidential advice
- Emotional and practical advice
- Pregnancy testing
